Terms of Service
These terms summarize the practical rules for using Enstate in a hospitality environment. Formal commercial terms can be incorporated through your order form or separate agreement.
Use of the service
By using Enstate, your organization agrees to use the service only for lawful business purposes and only through authorized users, integrations, and workflows.
Workspace administrators are responsible for controlling who has access to the account and how permissions are assigned.
Customer data and integrations
Customers retain ownership of their data. Enstate receives only the rights necessary to host, process, secure, and transmit that data in order to operate the product.
Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the authority to connect PMS, CRM, messaging, and other third-party systems to the service.
Acceptable use
Customers must not use Enstate to violate privacy laws, abuse third-party systems, interfere with service availability, or submit malicious prompts, payloads, or automation intended to compromise the platform.
We may suspend access when necessary to protect customers, the platform, or third-party services.
