Privacy Policy

This overview explains the data categories Enstate processes, the security boundaries we apply, and how to contact us about privacy requests.

What this policy covers

Enstate provides AI-assisted hotel operations software for hospitality teams. We process account data, operational data, and limited guest-related information only as needed to deliver the service.

We design the product around least-privilege access, auditable activity, and clear separation between customer data and service operations.

Data we process

Depending on how your organization uses Enstate, we may process account identifiers, role and permission data, workspace usage events, integration metadata, and the hospitality records needed to answer staff questions or coordinate workflows.

We do not use customer guest data to train public foundation models. Customer data remains controlled by the customer account and its configured integrations.

How we use data

We use data to authenticate users, connect integrations, power AI-assisted workflows, maintain security, diagnose incidents, and comply with legal obligations.

When we rely on subprocessors, they are selected to support core product delivery such as hosting, transactional email, or model inference within the service boundaries customers authorize.

Your rights and requests

Customers may request access, correction, export, or deletion assistance by contacting support@enstate.ai.

We support GDPR-focused handling for customer requests and work with workspace administrators to satisfy valid access or deletion workflows.
